Camo Cast Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Camo Cast (camocastco.com). Below are our shipping terms for custom-printed apparel.

1. Production & Processing Time

Every garment is made to order. Production takes 3-5 business days from order confirmation. Bulk orders (10+ units) may add 1-2 business days. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday begin production on Monday.

2. Shipping Rates

$5.99 flat-rate shipping to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Vietnam. $9.99 to European Union countries. Free shipping on any order of $85 or more. Your rate is always shown at checkout before you pay.

3. Delivery Time

Once your order leaves our facility, delivery is typically 7-15 business days, depending on destination.

4. Duties & Import Taxes

For destinations outside the United States, any duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient where applicable.

5. Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with carrier tracking once your order ships, via USPS/UPS or DHL/local post depending on destination.

6. P.O. Boxes

We ship to P.O. Boxes for standard orders; a physical street address is recommended for the fastest delivery.

7. Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email support@camocastco.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos. We will file a carrier claim and replace your order at no cost.

8. Address Errors

Double-check your shipping address before checkout. Returns due to incorrect addresses incur a re-shipping fee.
