Camo Cast — Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Camo Cast (camocastco.com). Below are our shipping terms for custom-printed and embroidered apparel.

1. Production & Processing Time

Every garment is made to order. Production takes 2-5 business days from order confirmation. Bulk orders (10+ units) and embroidery jobs may add 1-2 business days. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday begin production on Monday.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard: $5.99 (5-7 business days). Free standard shipping on orders over $85. Express: $14.99 (2-3 business days).

3. International Shipping

European Union: $14.99 standard, free over $100. Delivery 7-12 business days. Australia / NZ: $16.99 standard, free over $120. Delivery 9-14 business days. Other countries: rates calculated at checkout. Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer where applicable.

4. Tracking

You will receive a Shopify shipping confirmation email with carrier tracking once your order leaves our facility. Most US shipments tracked via USPS or UPS; international via DHL or local post.

5. P.O. Boxes

We ship to USPS P.O. Boxes for US standard orders only. Express and international orders require a physical street address.

6. Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email support@camocastco.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos. We will file a carrier claim and replace your order at no cost.

7. Address Errors

Double-check your shipping address before checkout. Returns due to incorrect addresses incur a re-shipping fee.
