Camo Cast — Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Camo Cast (camocastco.com). Because every order is custom-printed or embroidered to your spec, our policy reflects industry standards for made-to-order apparel.

1. Order Cancellation

Email support@camocastco.com within 6 hours of placing your order to cancel. After 6 hours, production may have started and a 30% restocking + cancellation fee applies.

2. Manufacturing Defects

If the garment arrives with a defect (broken stitching, fabric tear, embroidery misalignment), email a clear photo to support@camocastco.com within 14 days of delivery. We will replace or fully refund at no cost to you.

3. Sizing Exchanges

Not the right fit? Exchange within 14 days of delivery for the same SKU in a different size. Buyer covers return shipping. Garment must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags.

4. Buyer-Supplied Artwork Errors

We match your approved artwork proof exactly. Errors in the artwork you provided (typos, low-resolution logos, color mismatches you approved) cannot be returned for refund.

5. Bulk Orders (10+ Units)

For crew uniforms, family-business bundles, or seasonal hires, contact support@camocastco.com first. We handle bulk exchange and replacement on a case-by-case basis.

6. Refund Timing

Approved refunds appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
