Camo Cast Return and Refund Policy

Because Camo Cast products are personalized and made to order, the terms below apply to all orders, including bulk orders.

1. Personalized, made-to-order items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, an incorrect size selection, or customer-supplied artwork errors. Review the product details, size chart, artwork, spelling, and other customization information before confirming your order.

2. Cancellation requests

Email support@camocastco.com as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation. Because production is arranged for each order, cancellation is not guaranteed once production has started.

3. Manufacturing defects, damage, or printing errors

If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect, damage, or a printing error that does not match the confirmed order details, email a clear photo and the order number to support@camocastco.com within 14 days of delivery. For an eligible claim, we will remake the affected item or issue a full refund for it at no cost to you.

4. Bulk orders

The same manufacturing-defect remedy applies to affected items in bulk orders of 10 or more units.

5. Refund method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time required for the credit to appear depends on the payment provider or bank.
