How does custom design work?
Send us your logo, business name, or design idea. Camo Cast prepares a digital mockup for your review as part of the customization process.
Is there a minimum order?
Many products can be ordered as a single item. Available quantities and any volume pricing are shown on the product page and before checkout.
How long does production and shipping take?
Camo Cast products are made to order. The delivery estimate for your United States address is shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for current shipping charges and fulfillment details. We send tracking by email after an order is dispatched.
What countries do you ship to?
Camo Cast currently accepts orders for delivery to addresses in the United States only.
What file formats can I send?
The product form accepts JPG, PNG, PDF, and AI files up to 10 MB. If you do not have a finished logo, describe the artwork you need in the order form.
What sizes do you offer?
Available sizes vary by garment. Use the size selector on the product page and check our Size Chart before ordering.
What are the products made from?
Materials and construction can vary by garment. Check the applicable product page for the information currently provided, or email support@camocastco.com before ordering if you need a specification that is not listed.
Can you prepare matching apparel for a club, guide service, charter, or team?
Yes. Choose the relevant garment and submit the logo, names, and other artwork details through the product form.
Do you offer fishing apparel?
Yes. Camo Cast offers made-to-order hunting and fishing apparel with custom artwork options.
What is your return policy?
Because personalized items are made to order, change-of-mind returns and size exchanges are not accepted. If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect, damage, or a printing error, email support@camocastco.com within 14 days of delivery. See our Return and Refund Policy for the full terms.
